Hi, friends! Today I’m sharing Valentine’s gift ideas for the special people in your life.
If you are exchanging Valentine’s gifts this year, do you make requests so you get what you want or do you leave it up to your significant other to decide?
Either way it’s a good idea to drop some hints. 😉 If you’re looking for something other than chocolates and flowers, check out this list for some inspiration, then share it with your significant other (yes, seriously!).
One gift idea is to go the beauty route. Some suggestions include new perfume, favorite lipgloss, or a fancy skin regiment. This is a good chance to upgrade the things you have or get items you’ve been considering. I have my eye on a new set of makeup brushes (Justin, are you reading this?).
You could also put together an at home spa kit complete with slippers, a robe, bubble bath, body scrub, lotion, scented oils, manicure set, or pretty polishes. I’ll link some of my favorites below 😉.
Another option is to start thinking about your Spring wardrobe. What are some coveted items you’d love to grab before the season begins? Some ideas include a new Moto jacket, sunglasses, fashion jewelry, booties/espadrilles, (depending on where you live), or a new handbag. I’ve linked up some of my favorite below.
If jewelry is your preferred gift, your loved ones dont have to break the bank to get something you’ll love. Check out some of my favorites below.
Don’t forget about the other ladies in your life; I like to get something small for my mom, mother-in-law and grand-mother-in-law as well. Just a small token for all of the love they give to our family.
There are so many pretty things out right now that would make adorable gifts! Here are some of my favs.
Another suggestion that makes an INCREDIBLE gift, yet people tend to forget about is a subscription service like Rocksbox for jewelry (use code finewineandtatertotsxoxo for one month free!) or Stitchfix for clothes and accessories. They are such great options because they are the gifts that keeps on giving (for as many months as you choose!) You’ll get awesome fashion delivered right to your door. I’ve used both and can’t say enough great things about them.
For every occasion, my husband tells me that he doesn’t need anything, 🙄 so my approach is to get something hobby-related. Fortunately for me, he is the king of hobbies. In case yours isn’t, here are some suggestions for things he might like.
Of course, you can always check out my holiday gift guides for more inspiration. I categorized the recipients by interest to make them easy to shop!
Before you go, share this post to your loved ones. How else will they know what to get you? 😉 You can also check out my Valentine’s Gift Guide: Kids Edition.
Be on the lookout for my next post about thoughtful Valentine’s gifts that won’t break the budget.
